1. Q. How can I pay for my purchase?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Credit cards are handled by our secure server. We do not retain any information pertaining to your credit card. We do not currently accept purchase orders since all orders must be pre-paid. If you are a corporate or organizational customer, please contact us to make special arrangements.
2. Q. How is my order delivered?
A. Our products are delivered via the Internet. To download the program you require, visit the product page on our site and click the "Download" button at the top of the page.
3. Q. If I have been using the trial version, do I need to re-install the program when I buy a licenced copy?
A. There is no difference between the trial version and the full version of Aino. When you buy a licence for it, a registration key will be emailed to you. Entering a valid registration key will convert the trial version to a fully licenced version. No re-install is necessary. NOTE : If you have been using a *BETA* version of one of our products, there may be special requirements when upgrading to a standard version. Please refer to the product page for more information.
4. Q. When I purchase a licence, am I entitled to any program updates when they are released?
A. Purchasing a licence entitles you to program updates for 12 months from the purchase date.
5. Q. Can I use my licence on more than one copy of the program?
A. If you have purchased a single user licence, using the registration key on more than one copy of the program is in breach of the licence. It may also cause future updates to malfunction if the same registration key requests automatic updates from different computers.
